• You will need to add our From address, , to your address book:
• On the tools menu click Address Book
• Click New and select Group. This will launch a new card window.
• Enter Europa Casino in the Group Name and Name boxes, then type our From address, such as or into the email address box.

• Open your Hotmail mailbox.
• Click the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Junk E-Mail Protection link, then Safe List.
• Type: , or other into your safe list.
• If you see one of our emails in your Junk Mail folder, click 'This is not Junk Mail' to avoid having email from the same source sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.

Yahoo! Mail

• Open your Yahoo! mailbox.
• Click Mail Options.
• Click Filters.
• Click Add Filter.
• In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
• Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the Europa Casino email address.
• At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
• Click the Add Filter button again.
• If the Europa Casino emails have been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

• Open an email you have received from us.

• A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
• Replace the address in the Send To box with Europa Casino address such as
• Click Send Now (in the top right corner).
• Even if the email you send doesn't get through to us, the act of sending it does the job of putting us into your "People I Know" list

• To ensure that your Europa Casino emails are delivered to your Wanadoo mailbox, instruct Wanadoo to attach us to your contacts list. Here's how:
